Nice job.

The music gave it a feel of atmosphere.
My only suggestion is to animate it even more so it doesn't look like a picture book with sub-titles, so to speak.
The art was pretty good, especially for your first flash.

Pretty funny

/the graphics were overwhelming, not to mention lip syncing and the feel to it.
There there were some parts that were great and some that I think should have been re-done.
For instance, the mother getting shot, as dark as it seems, made me laugh.
That part was brilliant.
The other part with "flower" was great, yet I thought the scene with winter seemed a little out of the movie itself.
Also, the whole thing with the bird, didn't really do it for me.
It was still pretty good.

it was ok

The graphics were great in the beginning, yet after the whole intro, the flash movie
started to go down hill.
after the intro, it mainly consisted of poorly animated actual people, not to mention the clock scene.
I you want to do better, I would suggest having the context match the description better.
also, try to cut down on clock scenes

Great job on your work

I see the improvement, along with one of my favorite songs :3
If you want to take it to another level, you could blur the moon a little, and give parts of the building a red or blue shade, depending on which kind of fireworks appear.
But, all in all, great job,and I'm glad I helped :)

Thanks, I'm thinking about adding more stuff such as the preloader, more fireworks with different effects, maybe make the moon look more relistic with texturing, etc.

It's going to be sparkling by the time im done. I hope :P

The slow-motion wasn't really needed though.
Also, I noticed that the black stick figure's are becomes it's leg in the flash-you might want to correct that,

great job with your voice acting and style-but, in the future, don't state that it is your first flash-some newgroundsers take that as a bad aspect and hit the "blam button" so to speak. which will definitely diminish your deserved score unfairly-happened to me a while back. but great job, you definitely have potential.

My suggestion to improve is to add some actionscript, like make a square, or whatever, and selct it, press "F8" and make it into a button.
then put in the code

on(release)
{
gotoAndStop(1);
}

this will make a re-play button at the end of your flash-essential really.
and you might want to stop your flash instead of having it loop- use this on your last frame
